Our HQ series electric actuator has been specially designed for quarter turn applications such as ball, butterfly, plug valves and dampers.

Product Overview

With a wide range of control options and output torques from 40 to 3000Nm the HQ series provides unrivalled flexibility, reliability and performance. All actuators have a rugged IP67 aluminium housing and are fitted with 4 limit switches, anti-condensation heater and manual override. The HQ008 upwards are SIL Rated as standard.

Torque switches (HQ15-HQ300).
Various options, including:
EXA – ATEX Eexd Enclosure Gas & Dust rated
PCU – 4-20mA or 0-10v Modulating positioner card
WTA – IP68 waterproof housing (10m / 72 Hr)
LCU – Local control unit with local/remote switch
MRCT – Speed control card
RBP – Failsafe battery backup (HQ005 to HQ300 only)
FPA – High temp fire protection.
