Effective as of 2nd April 2026, ASL is now part of the highly successful industrial specialist Momentum Group.
Who is the Momentum Group?
With headquarters in Sweden and interests throughout the Nordic region, Momentum Group is a leading publicly listed industrial group, comprising approximately 35 companies. They specialise in providing products, services and solutions to customers in industry and industrial infrastructure.
The business is split into four groups, with ASL coming under the Flow Technology business unit.
Both Chris and Paul are incredibly proud to be chosen as the 1st acquisition in the UK for Momentum Group, and are excited about what else they can achieve now that ASL has the backing of such an accomplished Group behind them.
Continuity of Service
Their respective roles leading the business doesn’t change, for the next three years at least, and their focus continues to centre on supporting customers and developing a best-in-class product range. They also plan to help Momentum Group secure other UK acquisitions that complement ASL and the Group overall.
